Coordination of personnel and subcontractors **Job Objective:** Supervise and coordinate field construction execution, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, schedules, and established quality standards. Act as the site operations manager, guaranteeing efficient resource management and smooth communication among the technical office, contractors, and clients. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily construction execution in accordance with drawings, specifications, and schedules. * Coordinate on-site personnel and manage subcontractors and suppliers. * Verify physical progress and prepare weekly reports and construction logs. * Control work quality by applying review and acceptance procedures for work items. * Review change orders and extraordinary numbers. * Material requisition. * Construction planning. * Monitor efficient use of materials, tools, and labor. * Comply with and enforce safety, hygiene, and environmental protection regulations on site. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a resident in industrial warehouse projects or similar. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. * Experience in work validation processes. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and construction management software. * Leadership, organizational, conflict resolution, and effective communication skills. * Knowledge of quantity takeoffs and volumetric corrections. **SALARY BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS** Job Type: Project-based or fixed-term Contract Duration: 4 months Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Schedule: * 8-hour shift Relocation/Relocation possible: Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) License/Certification: * Professional license (Mandatory) Job Type: Project-based or fixed-term Contract Duration: 4 months Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
