Generation of detailed drawings and component modeling **Metal-mechanical company specializing in steel transformation** is looking for a **CAD Drafter** with experience in developing and interpreting fabrication drawings for machining, welding, and metal structures. This position is critical within the Engineering and Manufacturing department, ensuring that technical documentation is accurate for correct execution of production processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. * Minimum **3 years of experience** as a CAD Drafter in the metal-mechanical industry. * Advanced proficiency in **AutoCAD (mandatory)**. * Familiarity with **SolidWorks or other 3D modeling software** is desirable. * Experience in developing **fabrication drawings and part lists (bills of materials)**. * Advanced ability to interpret **mechanical and structural drawings**. * Basic knowledge of **metal-mechanical processes**: * Welding * Conventional lathe * CNC lathe * CNC machining center * Knowledge of **geometric tolerances, welding symbols, and surface finishes**. * Familiarity with **ISO 9001 and document control** is desirable. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop **technical fabrication drawings** based on engineering specifications. * Perform **3D modeling and part breakdown of metal components**. * Generate **detailed drawings including dimensions, tolerances, and technical specifications**. * Update and manage **drawing revisions and technical documentation**. * Support **drawing interpretation for production teams**. * Prepare **bills of materials (BOMs)** for fabrication orders. * Ensure drawings comply with **technical drawing standards and internal specifications**. * Collaborate with **Engineering, Production, and Quality departments** to resolve technical queries. * Support **technical documentation for new projects**. * Maintain an organized **digital archive of drawings and technical documents**. **SKILLS / COMPETENCIES** * High level of **accuracy and attention to detail**. * Strong **technical and analytical thinking**. * Ability to **interpret engineering requirements**. * Document organization and control. * Effective communication with technical departments. * Discipline in handling technical information. **WE OFFER** * Monthly salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Work location: **San Juan Cuautlancingo**. **Interested candidates please send updated CV via WhatsApp to 220 175 2233.** Salary: $9,800.00 – $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
