We are seeking a **hands-on Technical Leader** with extensive experience in **.NET and cloud architecture on Azure**, combining technical excellence with team leadership. This role is critical in designing enterprise solutions that are **secure, scalable, and efficient**, while maintaining active participation in coding. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and deploy enterprise applications on **Microsoft Azure**. * Lead backend development in **.NET Core / .NET 6+ (C#)** with a hands-on approach. * Manage architectures based on **microservices**, containers (**Docker**), and orchestration with **Kubernetes (AKS)**. * Define and maintain infrastructure as code (**Terraform or Bicep**). * Oversee **CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps**. * Ensure **cloud security, quality, and cost optimization practices**. * Lead, mentor, and conduct code reviews for the technical team. **Technical Requirements** * Solid experience with **Azure (PaaS/IaaS, Service Bus, Key Vault, Azure SQL)**. * Advanced proficiency in **.NET Core / C#**. * Functional knowledge of **React and React Native** (technical guidance and code reviews). * Advanced SQL and database optimization. * Experience in **DevOps, security (OWASP, OAuth2, OIDC)**, and design patterns (SOLID, microservices, event-driven architecture).
