SHE SUPERVISOR (Safety and Hygiene Supervisor) REQUIREMENTS * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (graduated or finalizing graduation) * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar position. KNOWLEDGE * Industrial standards. * Safety, hygiene, and work organization conditions on site. * KPIs. ACTIVITIES * Manage internal and external training programs * Manage and coordinate DC-3 deliveries * Monitor, update, and prepare safety and hygiene files * Improve risk management and validate tools for each area * Validate and manage safety signage for each area * Implement and verify regulations (STPS, CIVIL PROTECTION, etc.) * Perform all activities necessary to fulfill assigned duties and any other tasks expressly delegated by the immediate supervisor. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
