Main Responsibilities Coordinate and follow up with emergency services (Police, Navy, Red Cross, Firefighters, Civil Protection, etc.) in response to incidents such as robbery, fire, theft, intrusion, aggressive customers, or medical emergencies. \*Call center-type support related to operation and malfunctions of alarm systems installed in business units, assisting end users in branch protection. \*Dedicated monitoring of cameras installed in corporate offices. \*Surveillance and tracking of high-level executives. \*Detect and report operational incidents. Candidate Profile Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in CCTV system monitoring. \*Knowledge of monitoring systems, alarm systems, and PC handling.
