Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to develop and supervise security and civil protection programs, manage procedures, and train staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and supervise security and civil protection programs 2. Coordinate emergency brigades and drills 3. Manage procedures with municipal and state authorities Main Responsibilities: \-Develop SH & CP plans and programs for various workplaces. \-Supervise compliance with Civil Protection regulations. \-Conduct risk analyses and prepare reports. \-Coordinate emergency brigades and drills. \-Train staff on safety and prevention topics. \-Follow up on internal and external audits. \- Manage procedures with municipal and state authorities of the various federal entities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1\-2 years of experience in a similar position. Knowledge of STPS and Civil Protection regulations. Ability to handle reports and indicators. Proficiency in Excel. Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
