Job Summary: We are seeking a Safety and Environmental Coordinator to fill an open position and conduct safety training related to NOM-086-SCT2-2023, manage PPE, and promote a safety culture. Management of personal protective equipment and on-site safety **MUST RESIDE IN GARCIA, SANTA CATARINA, OR MONTERREY HIGHWAY.** **REQUIREMENTS:** COMPLETED TECHNICAL DEGREE; ENGINEER WITH DIPLOMA AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSE We are seeking a Safety and Environmental Coordinator to fill an open position and conduct safety training related to NOM-086-SCT2-2023, TRAFFIC CONTROL AND PROTECTIVE DEVICES IN ROAD CONSTRUCTION ZONES. Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for internal staff. The position requires instilling a safety mindset in every activity carried out by contractors and internal staff. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Deliver safety training related to NOM-086-SCT2-2023, TRAFFIC CONTROL AND PROTECTIVE DEVICES IN ROAD CONSTRUCTION ZONES, using instructional materials and practical exercises. Request and verify documents prior to training (IMSS registration, official identification, skills certification, DC3 form for high-risk work). Prepare weekly activity reports (inspection rounds, PPE distribution, training sessions, summaries of contractor waste disposal volumes, etc.). Manage PPE for internal staff. Inspect and review protective devices in temporary road construction zones through random field inspections. Inspect fire extinguishers. Conduct visual inspection and complete vehicle checklists (pickup trucks). Prepare inspection reports and compliance findings. Request authorized waste disposal receipts and photographic reports for RSU and RME waste disposal from contractors.
