Job Description We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with proven experience in handling **corrective maintenance policies** for clients in the banking sector, convenience stores, and retail. The ideal candidate must be a **generalist technician**, capable of performing work in: * Painting * Waterproofing * Plumbing * Drywall installation * Low- and medium-voltage electrical work * General finishing work Requirements * Prior experience working with corporate clients in banks, convenience stores, and retail. * Knowledge and hands-on experience in corrective maintenance under policy-based schemes. * Availability to respond to emergencies outside regular working hours. * Residency in Monterrey or nearby areas.
