We are Cambridge University Press \& Assessment, a world\-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge. **About the role** We are looking for a Senior Editor to join our English Solutions team to help develop customised solutions for specific clients and markets. We are a tight\-knit and forward\-thinking team, who enjoy working collaboratively and sharing ideas. Your responsibilities will include developing allocated print and digital projects and components and seeing them through to delivery, on time and within budget. Some key accountabilities will be, but not limited to: * Support the Commissioning Editor and other cross\-functional stakeholders to agree and plan project timelines, milestones and deliverables, using appropriate tools. * Book, schedule and coordinate the work of freelance editors, suppliers and other support roles to ensure project work is adequately resourced. * Collaborate with the Commissioning Editors, Product Owners and other teams to promote editorial best practice. This role offers great flexibility for growth and development, as well as the opportunity to make a significant, positive contribution to the development of bespoke English learning material for our customers all over the world. **About you** * Knowledge of ELT pedagogy theory and practice, including a CELTA / TESOL qualification or equivalent experience. * Experience in an ELT publishing environment with experience of editorial project management. * Experience of both print and digital development. * Organised, flexible and an excellent communicator. * A ‘can\-do' attitude with exceptional attention to detail. * An analytical thinker: able to problem solve and adapt to changing circumstances and challenges. * Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast\-paced environment.
