A leading radio industry company is seeking a RADIO STATION COORDINATOR to supervise, coordinate, and optimize the operations of one or more radio stations, ensuring compliance with programming schedules, content quality, technical operations, regulatory guidelines, and established business objectives. Serve as the liaison among the various operational, editorial, technical, and administrative departments of each station. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Media Production, Administration, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in supervisory or coordination roles within the media industry, preferably in radio. * Experience in personnel management and technical operations. **Technical and Administrative Knowledge:** * Radio station programming and operations. * Transmission equipment and audio consoles. * IFT regulations and copyright laws. * Budget and operational resource management. * Reporting on metrics and ratings. **Skills:** * Leadership and decision-making. * Strategic planning and organization. * Excellent interpersonal communication. * Analytical ability and problem-solving. * Working under pressure and adapting to change. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise the daily operations of assigned radio stations (AM/FM/Digital). * Coordinate overall programming, ensuring alignment with the station’s identity and objectives. * Monitor on-air content quality, including news, music, and advertising. * Manage operational staff and on-air talent. * Verify compliance with broadcasting legal regulations (IFT, copyright, etc.). * Collaborate with the commercial department to properly integrate mentions, spots, and campaigns. * Drive strategies for audience growth and brand positioning. * Coordinate special coverage, remote broadcasts, and promotional events. * Evaluate and report key performance indicators for the stations. **Working Conditions:** * Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 * Attendance at station events. * Salary: $12,000.00–$16,000.00 depending on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Grocery vouchers.
