Daily productivity and work progress reporting A prominent printing and publishing company is seeking your talent for the role of: PLANT SUPERVISOR Minimum 5 years of experience in this position is required. Age between 30 and 45 years (NOT restrictive) Bachelor's degree in INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, GRAPHIC DESIGN, or GRAPHIC ARTS Responsibilities: Production scheduling from order receipt through material delivery. Adherence to the production schedule. Equipment optimization and improvement of planned production. Documentation of production reports. Daily plant productivity reporting. Timely on-floor monitoring, reviewing all production processes and verifying that each is carried out as planned. Verification that product quality meets the requirements specified in the order. Progress reporting for each scheduled job. Start-up approval (Vo. Bo.). Preference given to candidates with knowledge of TPM, management systems, 5S, etc. Skills: Process control. Leadership. Effective communication. Proficiency in Excel (databases, pivot tables, etc.). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00; Saturday, 08:00–13:00. Weekly salary payment.
