We also offer technological security solutions, research, and analytics that protect our clients’ people, assets, and information. **Job Description:** You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing the brand’s digital presence on social media, and conducting mass email campaigns to support commercial and positioning strategies. Your primary objective is to generate high-quality traffic, capture leads, and increase conversions through effective communication and performance analysis. **Key Responsibilities:** ***Google Ads*** · Create, configure, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max). · Research and select relevant keywords for each campaign. · Write persuasive ad copy for text-based ads. · Optimize campaigns based on metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and Quality Score. · Set up conversion goals and conduct A/B tests for ads and landing pages. **Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)** · Design and launch advertising campaigns in Meta Business Suite, targeted by audience, interests, and behavior. · Build ad sets with creative and copy variants. · Monitor performance and adjust budgets and targeting based on results. · Implement conversion pixels and configure custom events. **Social Media** · Develop monthly editorial calendars featuring content aligned with marketing objectives. · Engage with the audience (respond to messages and comments, foster community). · Coordinate organic growth campaigns to increase followers and engagement. **Email Marketing** · Design and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Doppler, Brevo, or others. · Segment databases accurately according to customer profiles or sales funnel stages. · Create automated email workflows (onboarding, recovery, promotions, loyalty). · Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times. · Analyze metrics including open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and conversions. **Analytics and Reporting** · Extract and analyze campaign data (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email platforms, etc.). · Deliver weekly or monthly reports summarizing results, insights, and recommendations. · Build dashboards in tools like Looker Studio to visualize digital performance. **Internal Coordination and Continuous Improvement** · Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure integrated campaigns. · Propose creative and innovative ideas to enhance campaign performance. · Stay current with digital marketing trends, algorithms, platforms, and tools. **We Offer:** · Punctuality and attendance bonus. · MINU app benefits. · Savings fund. · Birthday day off. · Vacation and year-end bonus in accordance with labor law. · Life and personal accident insurance upon signing a permanent contract. · Salary range: $15,000 – $18,000 Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Work location: On-site employment
