We want to meet you.** **Requirements:** \- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field (degree required). \- 1–2 years of experience in similar roles in digital marketing, graphic design, or social media management. \- Portfolio or samples of previous work (campaigns, graphic assets, videos, digital content). \- Willingness and ability to travel. **Responsibilities:** \- Management and updating of social media accounts and the company website. \- Design and execution of digital marketing campaigns (organic and paid), in coordination with creative teams, including performance measurement and reporting. \- Design of graphic and commercial materials for branding: promotional items, technical sheets, presentations, catalogs, and institutional templates. \- Graphic design for social media and strategic purposes: creation of posts, reels, stories, banners, and visual adaptations for Facebook/Instagram/YouTube. \- Development of strategic digital content calendars: scheduling, topic definition, copywriting, and editorial calendar coordination. \- Script development for institutional videos, testimonials, or lead-generation content. \- Basic monitoring of social media metrics (reach, engagement, growth), monthly reporting, and adjustments under supervision. \- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is mandatory. \- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, and ChatGPT. \- Strong attention to detail and high level of creativity. **We Offer:** \- Direct employment contract with the company. \- Statutory benefits. \- Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. \- Minor Medical Expense Insurance (effective after probationary period). \- Work location: Jardines de Plaza del Sol neighborhood. \- Hybrid work model: on-site work with one remote workday every two weeks.
