Professional, dynamic, and high-level work environment **Position: Digital Coordinator** **Location:** Puebla, Pue. **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm **Contract Type:** Full-time We are seeking a Digital Coordinator to oversee and optimize all digital activities (content, paid campaigns, online presence, metrics) to maximize the reach, traffic, and conversion of commercial and positioning strategies. **Responsibilities:** * Design, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube. * Use tools for: KEYWORDS, organic traffic, performance reporting, and benchmarking. * Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficiency and return on ad spend (ROAS). * Monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, conversions, reach, and frequency). * Coordinate with editorial and commercial teams to align campaigns with brand launches, events, and content. * Test and scale A/B campaigns, applying performance marketing methodologies. **Experience:** Proven experience in digital campaign management and traffic optimization (2–4 years) **Age:** 25 to 40 years. **Minimum Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Communications. **Desirable:** Certifications from Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or SEMrush Academy. Strong communication skills — both for team coordination and presenting results to executive stakeholders.
