




**JOB OBJECTIVE**: The Content Creator & Community Manager will be the face of the brand on digital channels. Their mission is to design and execute a dynamic content strategy, starring in video narratives (UGC) and managing the community to convert interaction into tangible value, maintaining an authentic and consistent on-camera presence. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Content Creation and On-Camera Presence** * On-Camera Talent: Star in Reels, TikToks, and ephemeral content, authentically and professionally conveying the brand’s personality. * Field Production: Conduct street interviews, visit venues, and collaborate with staff to generate spontaneous and dynamic content. * Mobile Technical Proficiency: Record and edit high-quality videos directly from smartphones, using tools such as CapCut to add music, effects, and ensure immediate delivery timelines. * Trends and UGC: Identify viral trends and rapidly adapt them to the brand’s tone with a "User Generated Content" (UGC) approach. * Visual Planning: Define visual style and scripting for specific campaigns related to product launches or events. **Content Management and Copywriting** * **Editorial Calendar**: Develop and maintain the monthly/quarterly calendar across all channels. * **Creative Writing**: Write copy for posts, stories, threads, and video scripts. * **Multi-Channel Adaptation**: Tailor messaging for the corporate blog, newsletters, landing pages, and microsites. * **Crisis Management**: Apply established protocols in response to negative comments or reputation crises. * **Supplementary Design**: Create basic graphics or visual presentations in tools such as Canva when necessary. **Community Management and Engagement:** * **Active Monitoring**: Review mentions, comments, and direct messages daily. * **Agile Interaction**: Respond to the audience within minimal timeframes, fostering constructive and respectful dialogue. * **Networking**: Identify and connect with brand ambassadors and micro-influencers. * **Activations**: Organize activities such as contests, polls, or Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions. * **Crisis Management**: Apply established protocols in response to negative comments or reputation crises. **Analysis and Optimization** * **Daily Metrics**: Monitor reach and engagement of posts. * **Performance Reports**: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on community growth and video content impact. **PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:** **Extroverted and charismatic on camera** **Proactive and initiative-driven when approaching people** Visual and narrative creativity **Organized and excellent at follow-up** Attention to detail and excellent spelling **Organized** **EDUCATION AND SKILLS:** **Advanced editing in CapCut or mobile apps** **Smartphone camera operation and basic lighting** **Platform management (Buffer, Hootsuite)** **Knowledge of TikTok/Reels algorithms** **Studies in Marketing or Communications** Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Remote work Work Location: Remote position
