Operational support for Meta Ads campaigns and performance monitoring. **Job Objective** Develop, implement, and monitor the corporate digital content strategy across Alvarez Corporativo’s business units, ensuring brand consistency, communication continuity, timely lead response, and operational support for CRM and digital advertising initiatives. **Main Responsibilities** **1\. Content and Social Media** * Development of the corporate **editorial line** for all brands. * Monthly content planning (primarily for **TikTok**, Instagram, and Facebook). * Recording, basic editing, and publishing of short-form video content. * Message adaptation per business unit (healthcare, services, corporate). **2\. Community Management** * Responding to messages, comments, and leads on social media. * Initial follow-up with prospects and proper routing according to brand. * Maintaining appropriate communication tone and safeguarding brand digital reputation. * Basic reporting on interactions, growth, and engagement. **Ideal Candidate Profile.** **3\. Digital Advertising Support** * Operational support in setting up and monitoring **Meta Ads** campaigns. * Coordination for uploading creatives, copy, and basic audience segmentation. * Initial performance monitoring and optimization assistance under supervision. * Reporting on key metrics (leads, messages, reach). **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field. **Experience** * Social media management (with special emphasis on TikTok). * Digital content creation. * Basic design skills. * CRM usage and performance tracking. * Support for digital advertising campaigns. * Administrative or project coordination experience (preferred). **Key Skills** * Organization and follow-up. * Applied strategic thinking. * Clear communication. * Functional creativity (beyond aesthetics). * Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously. * Results- and process-oriented mindset.
