





**Marketing Coordinator** **Position Objective:** The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the company’s marketing strategies, ensuring effective brand communication, market positioning, and achievement of business objectives. This role serves as the liaison among creative, sales, and media departments, guaranteeing consistency across all promotional activities. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute the annual marketing plan. * Coordinate advertising and promotional campaigns (digital and traditional). * Oversee brand communication and positioning strategy. * Coordinate the creation of graphic, audiovisual, and digital materials. * Manage marketing budgets and control departmental expenses. * Analyze campaign results and report key performance indicators (KPIs). * Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior studies. * Manage the company’s social media accounts and digital platforms. * Organize events, product launches, and commercial collaborations. * Coordinate the internal marketing team and external vendors. * Visit operational locations to understand local needs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and digital platforms. **Location:** Santa Fe, CDMX (Pantalón Building) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: MXN $17,000 * Statutory benefits * 30-day year-end bonus * Job stability * Opportunities for professional growth and development Employment Type: Full-time Salary: MXN $17,000.00 – $17,001.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Workplace: On-site employment
