**Field Sales Representative** **Position Objective** Drive company growth by prospecting, developing, and managing a client portfolio within assigned territories (Guadalajara and Puebla). The goal is to achieve sales and profitability targets through professional client engagement and customer-centric service. **Requirements:** Education * Completed high school diploma (mandatory). * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred). Desirable Training * Courses in B2B or B2C sales. **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of verifiable field sales experience (B2B or B2C). * Experience in auto parts, industrial equipment, or technical products is preferred. Skills and Competencies * Strong verbal communication skills. * Negotiation ability. * Results orientation. * Proficiency in handling objections and closing sales. * Professional appearance and demeanor. Technical Requirements * Personal vehicle in good condition and valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel within and outside the state. * Laptop or tablet. * Basic knowledge of CRM systems and email. * Proficiency in Excel and digital sales tools. * Technical knowledge of auto parts or industrial products is preferred. Administrative Skills * Route planning, scheduling, and efficient time management. * Portfolio and new prospect follow-up. * Preparation of detailed weekly reports (visits, sales pipeline, and results).
