At **LCI Corporativo**, we are looking for a **Community Manager!** **Location:** Álvaro Obregón, CDMX **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM **Days off:** Saturdays and Sundays **Work modality:** In-person **Education:** Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism or related fields (preferred) **Required knowledge and experience:** * Clear, empathetic communication aligned with the brand’s tone, with excellent writing and spelling skills. * Creativity to propose and execute engaging content and original campaigns. * Social media management and proficiency in digital platforms. * Analysis of metrics to optimize strategies. * Organizational and time-management skills, including content calendars and event coverage. * Ability to adapt to digital trends and formats. * Crisis management with composure and sound judgment. * Technical knowledge: * Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn. * Digital advertising: Facebook Ads. * Knowledge of digital trends, SEO, and video formats (Reels, TikTok). * Tracking and analysis of metrics. **Responsibilities** * Plan and implement social media content strategies. * Create and publish text, image, and video content. * Manage and monitor social media accounts: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. * Execute and track digital campaigns and advertising (Facebook Ads). * Attend events and generate real-time content (photos, videos, Stories, Reels). * Cover events and transform the experience into compelling social media content. * Monitor brand mentions and coordinate with Marketing and PR teams. * Analyze results and metrics, and generate performance reports. * Handle sensitive situations or digital crises promptly and professionally. **Competitive advantages:** * Experience with short-form video (TikTok, Reels). * Certifications in digital marketing or social media. * Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing.
