Job Description: Warehouse Driver **Job Summary** The Warehouse Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods, as well as supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order preparation, and inventory control. **Key Responsibilities** * **Transportation and Delivery:** * Operate company vehicles (according to the required license type) to perform deliveries and material pickups at various locations, both local and out-of-town. * Verify loading and unloading of goods, ensuring they match documentation (invoices, delivery notes) and are in good condition. * Plan and follow efficient delivery routes, anticipating alternate routes and utilizing tools such as Google Maps. * **Warehouse Management:** * Assist with warehouse tasks, including receiving, organizing, and dispatching products. * Organize and store goods by category, ensuring products are correctly positioned and protected from damage. * Participate in order preparation, product packaging, and labeling for shipment. * Collaborate on physical inventory counts and record incoming and outgoing goods in the inventory system. * **Maintenance and Safety:** * Maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition regarding cleanliness and functionality, reporting any mechanical or safety anomalies. * Comply with all road safety and occupational health regulations, both while driving and handling goods. **Requirements and Skills** * **Experience:** Proven prior experience as a driver and in warehouse-related activities.
