Job Objective Supervises and ensures the execution of scheduled preventive, corrective, and major maintenance work within the CEDIS, through coordination of the multi-technical crew. Main Responsibilities Tracks maintenance programs—covering building infrastructure, hydrosanitary systems, and electromechanical systems—using work orders and systems.\* Monitors the execution of Preventive Maintenance under the control of work orders or job tickets.\* Tracks the execution of Capex projects, investments for property improvement, quantification, and review of work generators.\* Initiates, plans, executes, reviews, and approves payment for projects and/or work performed by external suppliers.\* Responds immediately to emergencies involving external suppliers.
