Today, we seek committed talent for our key positions: **Store Manager \| Assistant Store Manager \| Sales Associate** **CURRENT OPENING: STORE MANAGER** **LOCATION:** **What will be your responsibilities?** ✅ Lead and motivate the team (assistant managers and sales associates). ✅ Manage sales KPIs: conversion rate, average transaction value, and units per transaction (UPT). ✅ Implement the **Friedman Method** to maximize sales and commissions. ✅ Supervise inventory, as well as store opening and closing procedures. * **Schedules** Rotating shifts with a 1-hour lunch and rest break on weekdays: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. **Attractive income with NO CAP** * **Base salary:** $12,000 net monthly **Weekly payment:** $2,800 (Wednesdays) **Why is the weekly payment $2,800 if the monthly salary is $12,000?** According to the **Federal Labor Law**, salaries are calculated based on the **daily wage**, regardless of whether payments are made weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
