Description
**Job Objective**
Plan, implement, and evaluate the teaching–learning process at the preschool level, fostering students’ holistic development (cognitive, socioemotional, physical, and creative) within a safe, affectionate, and stimulating environment aligned with the institution’s educational model and current official regulations.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Design weekly and monthly didactic lesson plans based on the current educational curriculum.
* Deliver dynamic classes using active and playful methodologies appropriate for the preschool stage.
* Assess students’ academic, emotional, and behavioral progress using pedagogical tools.
* Prepare evaluation reports, report cards, and learning evidence.
* Foster habits, values, autonomy, and socioemotional skills.
* Create safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environments.
* Timely identify special educational needs and refer students to counseling/psychopedagogy services.
* Maintain continuous and professional communication with parents/guardians.
* Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and school events.
* Manage classroom order, positive discipline, and group supervision both inside and outside the classroom.
* Collaborate in institutional activities, festivals, and school projects.
**Academic Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in:
* Preschool Education
* Pedagogy
* Educational Sciences
* Early Childhood Education or related field (with specialization in preschool education)
**Desirable:**
* Professional degree and license
* Certifications in:
* Positive Discipline

* First Aid
**Required Experience**
* 1–3 years of classroom teaching experience at the preschool level.
* Experience in didactic planning and formative assessment.
* Experience managing groups of young children and communicating with parents/guardians.
**Technical Knowledge**
* Early childhood development (ages 3–6).
* Play-based and constructivist pedagogical strategies.
* Competency-based or formative field–based lesson planning.
* Classroom management and positive discipline.
* Basic use of digital educational tools.
* Child safety and protection protocols.
