




* Provide medical care to all workers who require it. * Prepare clinical records for permanent staff and new hires. * Plan and implement activities aimed at maintaining employees’ quality of life. * Analyze occupational risks in job positions and document them in the company’s job description manual. * Monitor the workplace accident prevention program. * Complete ST 7 accident reports and follow up on IMSS accident classification results. * Monitor internal health programs. * Develop health campaigns: deworming, diabetes and hypertension management, weight control, and nutrition. * Administer vaccinations. * Prepare the annual budget and monitor expenditures. * Track absenteeism.
