Will you join our team as a **Payroll Analyst**? **Our benefits include:** * Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Two days off (Saturday and Sunday). * Offices located across from Galenia Hospital. * Competitive salary, uniforms, and statutory benefits. * Telemedicine. * Dental care (twice per year). * Monthly psychology and nutrition consultations. * Discount network (cinema: 2 free tickets per month). * Discounts on laboratory services and annual check-ups (at no cost). * Ambulance service. * Life insurance and funeral expense coverage. * Partnership for boxing classes and entertainment activities. **What experience and/or knowledge do you need?** * Microsoft Office suite; intermediate/advanced Excel. * Knowledge of CONTPAQi, SUA, IDSE, IMSS, INFONAVIT. * Experience related to pre-payroll, payroll, and severance processes. **Main responsibilities** * Prepare and process payroll (weekly/biweekly). * Calculate salaries, wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions. * Manage attendance incidents: absences, medical leaves, vacations, permissions, and tardiness. * Calculate and stamp payroll receipts (CFDI). * Register new hires, terminations, and employee modifications with relevant institutions. * Calculate and remit taxes and social security contributions. * Control and calculate severance payments and settlements. * Prepare internal reports and accounting reconciliations. * ISN, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, PAYROLL LISTS. * Address staff inquiries related to payroll.
