




Job Objective Design, implement, and lead comprehensive talent management strategies to ensure the attraction, development, retention, and engagement of human capital, aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives. Candidate Profile **Minimum 3 years’ experience in:** Talent Development (Organizational Development) functions. \* Previous roles in talent management, with experience in internal mobility and development of key talent. \* Talent processes (e.g., talent calibration, 9-box model, competencies, critical positions, succession planning).\* People analytics and Talent Marketplace platforms.
