Join their outstanding team of professionals and continue your professional growth—we are seeking our **GOLF PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANT**. **PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:** To professionally interact with members and guests through tournaments, clinics, and on-course experiences. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** 1. Proficiency in Golf Genius software, Rules of Golf, and Golf Etiquette. 2. Ability to teach golfers at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. 3. Handicap of 4 or lower. **SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS:** 1. Adhere to the weekly schedule, which must be signed each week, and wear the proper uniform according to the area’s dress code. 2. Report attendance immediately to the Operations Manager and other golf professionals. 3. Remain consistently informed about service areas and operating hours across the development to provide accurate and prompt responses when required. 4. Supervise pace of play on the course daily. 5. Supervise and implement the standard “if a member or guest carries their bag, do not allow more than 5 seconds to remove it” in any area. 6. Keep the Manager informed of any incidents occurring in the golf area. 7. Ensure operational procedures are consistently and continuously followed by all staff across all areas. 8. During on-course rounds, manage Oasis operations, including assigning groups to Hole #10. 9. Conduct golf clinics for members as well as private lessons. **Requirements:** --------------- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Sports, or related field (Preferred). Professional certification from the PGA (Professional Golfers’ Association) or equivalent (Highly Preferred). **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of experience supervising golf operations, preferably at a high-volume course or luxury resort. **Specific Knowledge:** Thorough knowledge of the Rules of Golf. Advanced level of English (spoken and written) — **MANDATORY.**
