**At Sports World, we fully embrace our emotions—working passionately and transforming the lives of our team within a fun, dynamic environment.** **Due to growth, we are seeking a GENERAL MANAGER** What are we looking for? **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Tourism Business Administration, Hotel Management, Sports Sciences, or related field—either currently pursuing or already completed. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years managing a business unit, leading teams, interacting with customers, tracking sales performance, and demonstrating enthusiasm for personalized service. **PLUS: Experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant sectors is highly desirable.** **Responsibilities:** * Highest authority of the business unit (all areas of the facility: Sales, Reception, Administration, Maintenance, Cleaning). * Monitoring and achievement of KPIs and budget targets across all assigned facility areas. * Personnel management to deliver optimal, human-centered service. * Supervision and identification of opportunities for improvement and incidents, developing and implementing corrective action plans.
