Promotes hospitality and assertive communication. **At Sports World, we fully embrace our emotions—working passionately and transforming the lives of our team within a fun and highly dynamic environment.** **Due to growth, we are seeking a GENERAL MANAGER FOR THE PEDREGAL CLUB** What Are We Looking For? **Education:** Bachelor's degree candidate or graduate in Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Tourism Business Administration, Hotel Management, Sports Science, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in business unit administration, team leadership, customer interaction, sales follow-up, and passion for personalized service. **PLUS: Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant industries is highly desirable.** **Responsibilities:** * Ultimate responsibility for the business unit (all facility areas: Sales, Reception, Administration, Maintenance, Cleaning). * Monitoring and achievement of KPIs and budget targets across all assigned facility areas. * Personnel management to ensure the highest possible level of human-centered service. * Supervision and identification of opportunities for improvement and incidents, developing and implementing corrective action plans.
