Opportunity to work in a fitness environment **Essential Requirements:** * Gender: Female/FEM * Desired age: 18–45 years old. * Residence near Calzada del Hueso (*maximum 20–30 minutes commute to ensure punctuality*). * Immediate availability. * Genuine interest in sports / physical activity (*to better connect with members, understand the environment, and motivate/recommend services*). * Full-time schedule as indicated (*flexibility for alternate weekend morning shifts*). **Desired Knowledge and Skills (though not always mandatory at this level):** * Prior experience in reception, customer service, or basic administration *(ideally in gyms, spas, clinics, or service-oriented businesses*). * Basic computer skills (*Word, Excel, email, point-of-sale systems, or gym/member management software*). * Excellent personal presentation (*neat, sporty, and professional appearance*). * Proactive, friendly, energetic, and service-oriented attitude. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure during peak hours (*class/ training entry and exit times*). * Extra support for special events with **additional pay.** **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Member and visitor reception and service: *greeting, registering entries/exits, validating memberships or day passes.* * Sales and promotion of memberships, packages, special classes, and products (*supplements, sportswear, etc.*). * Cash handling / collections: recording payments, issuing receipts, daily cash reconciliation. * Telephone and WhatsApp support: scheduling trainer appointments, answering inquiries, confirming attendance. * Managing schedules for personalized classes, clinic, and barbershop. * Basic administrative tasks: *recording daily income, updating member database, managing towel/product inventory.* * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the reception area to keep the front desk presentable. * General gym organization. * Inspection and enforcement of regulations across all gym areas. * Supporting gym event or promotion planning. * Resolving minor member issues (*complaints, questions about class schedules, equipment, etc.*). * Daily collaboration with trainers and management.
