Key Responsibilities: * Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service; identify customers’ financial needs and aspirations to offer appropriate products and/or services. * Provide customers with information and training regarding benefits and services; ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Proactively engage customers waiting in line to reduce counter service time and enable cross-selling; identify the customer’s name, purpose of visit, and financial aspirations to deliver a personalized experience. * Anticipate future needs and inform customers about products, services, and new promotions. * Ensure post-sale service, resolution of complaints, and clarification of customer inquiries. * Performance Results: Maximize sales at the point of contact by acquiring new customers through customized value propositions; achieve established sales targets and objectives for each product or service.
