The primary objective will be to maintain the company’s financial health through efficient account control, tax compliance, and effective cash flow management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management and control of **accounts receivable and accounts payable**. * Ensuring **cash flow** and strategically planning payments. * Supervision of **general accounting** and accounting records. * Calculation, filing, and **timely payment of federal and state taxes**. * Monthly bank reconciliations. * Preparation and analysis of **financial statements**. * Coordination with suppliers and customers on accounting and administrative matters. * Budget preparation and expense control. * Submission of financial and tax reports to management. * Support for internal and external audits. **Required Profile:** * **Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree awarded)**. * Minimum 4 **years of experience as General Accountant** (preferably in service industries). * Solid knowledge of tax, accounting, and finance. * Experience in **cash flow management**, payment and collections control. * Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., CONTPAQi, SAE or similar). * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, reconciliations, analysis). * Organized, analytical, and results-oriented individual. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary (to be determined according to profile). * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Excellent work environment.
