What challenges will you face? ● Brand Voice: Publish, monitor, and optimize content on Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Threads. ● Real-Time Interaction: Respond to comments and direct messages using the Warriors’ tone of voice, forging authentic connections with fans. ● Content Calendar Strategy: Collaborate closely with our Content Creator to plan, schedule, and coordinate the editorial calendar. ● Reputation Management: Identify and handle critical situations or negative comments with emotional intelligence. ● Data & Insights: Measure performance (engagement, reach, impressions) and generate periodic reports to elevate the game. What are we looking for in you? ● Impeccable Writing: Perfect spelling and the ability to adapt messaging across different platforms. ● Technological Proficiency: Experience with scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout, Emplifi, or similar). ● Data Analysis: Experience using Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics. ● Team Mindset: Ability to collaborate creatively and thrive in the fast-paced rhythm of baseball season.
