Requirements * Experience using platforms: Audatex, Portal Q, CHUBB, Zurich, and Multiasistencia. * Proven experience in claims appraisal. * Valid driver’s license. * Organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities * Receiving damaged vehicles. * Assessing damages and entering data into specialized platforms. * Following up with insurance companies. * Validating parts and labor costs. * Coordinating with the bodywork and painting department. * Delivering vehicles to customers.
