




Job Summary: We are seeking a Bank Teller to ensure excellent customer service and support by executing transactions swiftly, accurately, and efficiently. Key Highlights: 1. Join us at BANCO AZTECA as a BANK TELLER: Your objective will be to guarantee that customers receive outstanding service and support by performing requested transactions swiftly, accurately, and efficiently. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Handle customer and user transactions at the counter and mobile teller unit promptly, courteously, and error-free. * Conduct all transactions honestly and in strict compliance with banking regulations and company values. * Comply with Banco de México regulations, BAZ’s cash handling policies and procedures, and the 7’s methodology. * Safeguard cash within the secure zone and adhere to bunker security protocols. * Achieve cash productivity targets and implement the anti-queue plan. * Deliver courteous and considerate service to encourage customer return and referrals. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum one year of experience as a teller or handling cash. * Completed high school education. * Strong interest in customer interaction. * Availability to rotate shifts. * Availability to work on weekends. * Integrity in performing duties.
