Contact Lorena López at 5530583723 for more information. \> Job Objective Ensure customers receive excellent service and attention by executing requested transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently. \> Responsibilities: * Process banking transactions efficiently and accurately. * Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues. * Collaborate as part of a team to ensure proper branch operations. * Ensure appropriate handling of cash and other assets. \> Requirements: * Availability to rotate among morning, afternoon, and evening shifts * Prior experience as a bank teller or in a similar role * Outstanding customer service and communication skills * Demonstrated ability in cash handling and problem solving * Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a high level of integrity * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off (including weekends and holidays) Grupo Salinas offers a rewarding and challenging work environment, professional growth opportunities, and a competitive compensation package: * Weekly pay \*$1840 \+ Step-based bonus from $300 up to $800 * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year; vacation bonus of 25% annually; year-end bonus of 15 days per year, increasing according to seniority; full IMSS social security contributions; Infonavit housing fund contributions * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule, Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off.
