Responsibilities: Assist customers with required banking services, including account opening, data updates, card replacements, payroll portability, AFOREs, and investment accounts, among others. Key Responsibilities * Advise customers on Banco Azteca’s various savings, investment, and insurance products and services, promoting cross-selling. * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with credit. * Ensure the correct implementation and execution of strategies related to deposit acquisition, insurance, AFORE, and payroll services. * Open deposit accounts with balances and grow customer balances. * Stay updated and trained on all products and services offered. * Obtain certification as an AFORE Promotional Agent. * Field promotion (“Cambaceo”): promoting products outside the point of sale (1–2 hours). * Make outbound calls to place payroll and pensioner loans. * Treat customers respectfully and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. Ideal Candidate Profile * Strong verbal communication skills. * Enjoys interacting with customers. * Experience in selling financial products and services related to savings, investment, and insurance (preferred). * Knowledge of AFOREs (preferred). * Goal- and objective-oriented. * Experience in field-based customer prospecting (“cambaceo”). * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning/evening) and weekends. * Integrity in performing job duties. Value Proposition * Base weekly salary starting at: $2,000. * Weekly commissions starting at: $860 MXN. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year; vacation bonus of 25% annually; Christmas bonus equivalent to 15 days’ pay per year—increasing based on seniority. * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday off. Weekly rotating shifts: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM and 12:00 PM–9:00 PM.
