Responsibilities: * Strategically identify and approach customers. * Analyze, advise on, and promote products appropriately. * Use effective verbal communication to offer customers a credit card that meets their needs and encourages its usage. * Execute the sales process accurately, focusing on customer experience and compliance with institutional guidelines. * Stay up to date on products, services, and policies. * Achieve customer experience and credit card issuance targets. * Comply with applicable sales laws and regulations, maintaining ethical conduct and strict adherence to policies, while assessing risks according to institutional guidelines. * Promote compliance with applicable business and commercial partner laws, rules, and regulations, exercising ethical judgment and promptly and transparently reporting any non-compliance. * Understand and achieve personal goals and objectives. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace. Institutional Working Hours: * Monday to Sunday, with one weekday rest day assigned between Monday and Thursday. * Rotating shifts, 8 hours per day. * Location: Boulevard Riviera Nayarit, Col. Flamingos Bucerias, Bahia de Banderas Requirements: * Completed high school education; bachelor’s degree preferred. * Sales experience preferred. * Customer service experience preferred. * Basic knowledge of financial products and general sales preferred. * Technological skills: Proficiency in using tablets.
