





**Job Objective:** Plan, supervise, and execute agricultural field activities for lemon cultivation, ensuring proper crop development, adherence to technical programs, and optimal resource utilization to achieve productivity, quality, and profitability. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate agricultural operations for lemon cultivation (planting, pruning, fertilization, irrigation, phytosanitary control, and harvesting). * Develop and implement fertilization, irrigation, and crop management programs. * Monitor crop phytosanitary status, identifying pests, diseases, and nutritional deficiencies. * Coordinate and supervise field operational staff. * Control and optimize the use of agricultural inputs (fertilizers, agrochemicals, materials, and tools). * Maintain technical and production records (yields, applications, costs, incidents). * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, responsible handling of agrochemicals, and good agricultural practices. * Report progress, incidents, and results to Management or Directorship. * Propose technical improvements to increase crop productivity and quality. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience managing citrus crops (preferably lemons). * Knowledge of plant nutrition, irrigation, phytosanitary control, and soil management. * Leadership and personnel supervision capability. * Ability to work in the field and resolve operational problems. * Basic proficiency in record-keeping and reporting tools. * **Valid driver’s license and availability for field transportation.** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $7,500.00 – $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
