Guarantee inventory accuracy and compliance with standards. **Warehouse Validator / Checker** At **Solistica**, a leading company in logistics solutions, we are looking to integrate a **Warehouse Validator (Checker)** into our team, responsible for ensuring proper receipt and picking of goods according to established procedures. **Position Objective** Inspect and validate goods receipt and picking processes in the warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with quality and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Physically verify received goods against purchase orders, transfer documents, or toll manufacturing documentation. * Validate goods picking prior to shipment. * Inspect the physical condition of goods according to customer specifications. * Support physical counts and cyclic inventories. * Coordinate with forklift operators and inventory supervisors for proper product placement. * Identify and report quality incidents or inventory discrepancies. * Comply with quality, industrial safety, and good warehousing practices. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (certificate mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience as: * Warehouse Validator * Checker * Inventory Assistant * Operational Auditor * Knowledge of goods handling and storage. * RF (Radio Frequency) or inventory system experience preferred. * Availability to work on **shift schedules (Monday to Saturday)**. * Attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
