




Position Summary: Leads and supervises teams in foreign trade operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Personnel management and development of standard operating procedures. Description and details of responsibilities * Lead the team to perform tasks punctually and effectively to achieve customer satisfaction. * Support the Operations Supervisor in resolving operational issues. * Assist in supervising the Operators and Customs Clearance team, including hiring and performance evaluation of team members. * Conduct reviews of all PROSEC programs, Rule Eight, and resolutions related to company operations. * Ensure compliance with IMMEX, PROSEC, and other foreign trade programs in Mexico. * Follow procedures and controls outlined in Annexes 31, 24, and 22 to ensure that Customs Operations have the appropriate platform to comply with Mexican regulations. * Review and process import/export documentation, including USMCA certificates and Harmonized System (HTS) classifications. * Conduct internal and external compliance audits for import and export activities. * Prepare, review, approve, and submit applications for export/import licenses, permits, and other authorizations. * Register and manage information in commercial compliance systems. Experience and Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Law, International Business, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years handling IMMEX, PROSEC, IVA/IEPS procedures and customs-related activities. Experience with CTPAT and AEO certifications. * Direct filing with SAT (Tax Administration Service) and the Ministry of Economy. * IMMEX, PROSEC, IVA/IEPS programs. * Annex 24 and Annex 30. * Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Annex 24. * Strong knowledge of the USMCA, international trade agreements, and Mexican customs legislation. * Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. * Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to commercial compliance. * Personnel management.
