Process and workflow optimization Job Description: Acts as the liaison between the Human Resources department and the Information Technology team. Primary responsibility is to ensure the payroll system operates efficiently and effectively to meet the company's and employees' needs. **Education:** * Software Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration, or related field (payroll-focused) **Experience:** * Project creation and implementation * Scrum methodology * Unit or automated testing (Jest, Selenium, JMeter) * Intelisis configuration (Payroll) * Payroll (calculation of earnings, deductions, and informative statistics) * Continuous process improvement and document management * SAP report generation **Responsibilities:** * Validation and testing of enhancements in the payroll department’s system * Project tracking (continuous improvement) * Direction of software implementation projects. Analysis of departmental workflows, procedures, processes, and policies * Optimization of processes and workflows, and document management.
