Requirements: * Portfolio showcasing photorealistic hard surface assets at AAA standards * Background in asset creation for contemporary game engines (Unreal, Unity, or in\-house engines) * Advanced skills in Maya and/or Blender for hard surface modeling * Create photorealistic PBR materials and textures following industry\-standard pipelines * Proficiency in UV unwrapping, texture density, and optimized texture arrangements * Thorough understanding of edge flow, topology, and weighted normals Nice to haves: * Comprehensive knowledge of real\-time rendering limitations and optimization methods * Background with Substance Designer for procedural material development * Familiarity with modular kit production, trim sheets, and tileable textures * Grasp of performance optimization approaches What we offer: * This is a completely remote role with flexible scheduling. * Compensation ranges from 18k\-38k USD based on skill level and experience.
