We are continuously growing and seeking passionate, proactive individuals eager to develop themselves in an innovative, technology-driven environment. **What will you do as a Recruitment and Selection Intern at Prosys CP?** You will support talent attraction, recruitment, and selection processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and contributing to the area’s continuous improvement. **Profile we are looking for:** **Education:** Final semesters of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. **Experience:** * Experience in counter sales or customer service (desirable). * Basic knowledge or familiarity with recruitment processes (desirable). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Competencies:** * Teamwork, results orientation, effective communication, organization, and commitment. **Key responsibilities:** * Posting job openings on various platforms and social media. * Screening and pre-selecting resumes according to required profiles. * Coordinating interviews with candidates and department leaders. * Supporting the administration and evaluation of psychometric and technical assessments. * Updating candidate databases and generating follow-up reports. * Assisting with administrative tasks related to the recruitment process. **We offer:** * Financial support of 5,000.00 (MXN) per month. * Training and development in English language. * Training and certification in recruitment and selection topics.
