Description and details of responsibilities * Supervision and administration of diverse food quality management systems. * Responsible for full implementation and monitoring of HACCP, ISO 22000, Distintivo H, safety and hygiene regulations. * Training and leadership of audit teams and operational staff. * Food Safety Coordinator. * Responsible for coordinating, developing, and implementing food safety programs. * Responsible for the quality management system and its maintenance, including personally handling external certification and recertification audits for ISO-9001. * Responsible for auditor management. Experience and Requirements * Food Chemist with 10 years of experience in the food industry, as well as in quality administration and management across all areas. * Extensive experience in internal and external audits. * Candidate must hold several certifications, including: * HACCP, Distintivo H, ISO 9001, ISO-22000 — exclusively related to food handling. * Bachelor’s degree relevant to the food field. Experience in process control development. * Candidate must possess strong leadership and personnel management skills, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. * Must demonstrate successful emotional control and ability to work under pressure. * Must possess skills to implement and foster a culture of continuous improvement. * Work experience must be verifiable through positive employment references. * Excellent opportunity for growth and development for the right candidate.
