Personnel management and subcontractor coordination A national leader in mining and infrastructure projects is seeking Mechanical Supervisor (Mechanical Equipment Assembly) Location: Lázaro Cárdenas, Michoacán Requirements **Education:** Mechanical Engineering degree or related field **Mandatory:** 7–10 years of construction supervision experience In-depth knowledge of technical specifications and regulatory requirements for mechanical equipment installation and assembly Supervision of mechanical construction work and mechanical equipment assembly (mandatory) Experience in inspection and commissioning test plans Desirable experience in mining, cement, or metal-mechanical projects Responsibilities Installation and assembly of crushers, mills, conveyor belts, cyclones, pumping systems, lubrication systems. General mechanical equipment. Inspection and testing, performance and efficiency testing of equipment. Planning and supervision of installation in accordance with current regulations Management of subcontracted personnel Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software for interpreting equipment drawings and 3D models Interpretation of drawings and adherence to technical specifications, calculation of protections Industrial safety supervision and compliance with Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) and applicable international standards.
