Your main responsibilities will be: * Updating the legal status of accounts assigned to legal proceedings in the collections system (Cyber Legal). * Supporting pre-legal and legal collection activities on selected accounts, with the aim of monitoring and contributing to portfolio performance indicators. * Handling and negotiating debt recovery from debtors, in coordination with the law firm assigned to the respective account. * Assisting with legal procedures before courts and government agencies. * Assisting with the periodic request and receipt of activity reports from legal firms for account follow-up. What do you need to apply? * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Law. * 1–2 years of experience in pre-legal and legal portfolio recovery management, as well as legal procedures before courts and government agencies. * Availability to travel.
