Job Description and Responsibilities Inventory: "Floor to Sheet / Sheet to Floor" audits to validate material accuracy. Inventory: Cyclical counting audits. Inventory analysis and reporting. Analysis of failed closings, preparation of reports and processes to ensure all work orders are in the correct status. Review and analysis of backflush to identify and correct potential issues with material consumption across all work orders. IPO transactions and reporting. Tracking, transactions, and control of Purge forms, debit notes, and general inventory adjustments. Support in physical inventory by conducting audits and controlling related documentation. Support in reviewing scrap reports (discarded material). Support in analyzing CO & DO reports. Review of daily standard hours (Std Hrs) generation. Manual journal entries as required. Data entry for various topics/requirements. Support in weekly and/or monthly reporting. Participation in assigned projects working with operations. Month-end closing activities as required. Support to the cost accounting team as required.
