




Ø Supervise the proper implementation of the hiring process and general personnel movements based on regulations and procedures in order to provide appropriate conditions for staff development. Ø Supervise the payroll preparation process using information generated by various sources, with the aim of ensuring its correct application. Ø Maintain the workforce roster up to date. Ø Supervise the proper recruitment and selection process. Ø Participate in audits. Ø Develop annual training and development programs. Ø Monitor the implementation of such programs.
