Receive and attend to guests at reception in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the “Distintivo Elite” Manual. 2. Accurately register all guest entries according to their access method in the various control systems. 3. Be familiar with the different access methods to the lounges. 4. Ensure availability of all necessary supplies and electronic devices, as well as proper functioning of work tools. 5. Inform guests about the main services available within the lounge, considering the type of access used for entry. 7. Upon guest request, coordinate necessary activities to ensure their comfort and assistance—from reservation through arrival at the lounge, during their stay, and up to boarding, where applicable.
